Mr. Wm. Britton (Britt) Greene served as the Chief Executive Officer of The St. Joe Company from May 13, 2008 to March 5, 2011 and served as its President since October 3, 2007. Mr. Greene served as the Chief Operating Officer of The St. Joe Company from August 3, 2006 to May 13, 2008 and as its Executive Officer since February 15, 2005. Mr. Greene served as the President of St. Joe Commercial of The St. Joe Company since February 2006, where he was responsible for its commercial land sales and development businesses. Mr. Greene served as the President of Towns & Resorts of The St. Joe Company since February 24, 2004.

He has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, finance and management. He joined St. Joe in January 1998 as a Vice President of West Florida residential and resort operations and as President of West Florida in 2000, responsible for its projects in Walton, Bay and Gulf Counties. Prior to St Joe Co, he served as the President of Markborough Florida from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Greene also served management positions with a commercial mortgage company and an asset management services firm. He led St. Joe through entitlement, planning, permitting, design and sales for several of its acclaimed resort projects in Walton County, including WaterColor, WaterSound Beach, The Retreat and Camp Creek Golf Club, five primary residential communities in Bay County and resort, residential and commercial projects in Gulf County. Mr. Greene served as a director of The St. Joe Company from 2008 to February 28, 2011. He served as a Founding Member of the Board of Trustees of The St. Joe Community Foundation. He served as a member of the Florida Council of 100, a member of the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board, a director of the University of North Florida Foundation, a director of Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast and a Trustee of the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation.

Mr. Greene holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Florida.
